Business evolution has been on my mind for some time now and after deep meditation I decided now is always the time to focus on my business. With that in mind we began the exploratory phase, followed by the planning phase and ultimately the restructuring of our processes and procedures, we upgraded and even replaced some of our tool sets all with the single minded vision to achieve greater efficiency to better our service delivery.
After all was said and done, perhaps it was more a re-creation to further create peace of mind.
While I love what we do and how we do it, it’s not the craftsmanship or creative solutions we come up with in putting together the complete solutions our clients need to grow. These processes and end results are merely a derivative of why we do what we do.
Our “why”, distilled in its purest form as if written into our DNA is steeped in our quest for freedom, and I’m willing to bet that same yearning for freedom in the pit of your stomach is what got you to where you are today, reading this post.
What is freedom to you?
For us, its the freedom to choose you as much as you choose us, the freedom to use the best tools for the job, the freedom to be as proactive as we are with your systems and requests, the freedom to have that work\life balance that eluded me on my journey to this point in my life, ultimately the freedom to just be knowing we gave it our all and it was more than good enough.
Proactive is a word thrown around in my industry as if it no longer has value, it’s now a buzz word for most. But to me, being proactive means we work for you in the background on a daily basis and we anticipate your needs with maniacal customer service to the point where you forget about us.
If you’ve forgotten about us and and your systems are working with minimal disruption (if any) to your business operations, we are doing our job. After-all isn’t that what we sold you, Peace of Mind?
Speaking of disruptions, we have reduced the number and types of notifications we send you per ticket because most were just annoying.
Ultimately we realized only three things mattered to you;
- Did we acknowledge receipt of the request?
- Are we working on the request?
- How fast did we resolve their request?
We’ve decided to keep it simple. The Expertly Managed Subscription is the last one standing with the ability to bolt on Co-Managed components if needed for your in-house I.T.
Gone are the pared down versions originally created to lower the barrier to entry for companies to access to our services. What we’ve learned is if a company isn’t wiling to invest in itself for the correct solution, no amount of paring down of features and\or price will ever produce a fruitful relationship for either, much less both of us.
